Smoked Chicken Wings
If you have been looking for the best way to get that perfect Smoked Crispy Chicken Wings, look no further! After much trial and error, we have developed to easiest and fastest way to get that perfect flavor matched with flawless crisp.
Ingredients
- Chicken Wings
- The marinade of choice (African Curry Jerk, Jamaican Curry, and Thai Coconut Curry are our favorites)
- 2 tsp for Hot & Spicy per pound
- 4 tsp for Sweet & Sassy per pound
Directions:
- Preheat smoker to 350°F
- Pat wings with a paper towel until completely dry
- Place wings in a bowl and mix with the desired flavor of the marinade
- Line smoker with tinfoil
- Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray
- Place wings on foil and smoke for 25 minutes at 350°F
- Rotate wings
- Smoke for another 25 minutes or until internal wing temperature reaches 165°F
