Smoked Salmon
This is such easy recipe that will impress your guests! All of our marinades complement your dish perfectly. Add lemon/lime to enhance the flavor.
Ingredients:
3 lbs of salmon
5 tbsp of butter (softened)
2 1/2 tsp of BooYah dry seasoning
Your marinade of choice (French Indian and Thai Coconut are our favorites)
-2 tsp for Hot & Spicy per pound
-4 tsp for Sweet & Sassy per pound
Directions:
- Mix softened butter and BooYah sauce together in a small container
- Spread marinade across entire fillet
- Place 4-5 balls of BooYah/butter mix evenly across the fillet
- Smoked salmon for 2 hours at 225°F (Spread melted butter across entire fillet after it has been in smoker for 1 hr.)
- Serve and enjoy!
